Let's start from the very beginning – the packaging. Shall we? I love the sleek packaging and dark glass bottle the Cosrx Vitamin C 23 Serum comes in. It ensures that the product remains active even if it is accidentally exposed to the sun or daylight. The dropper applicator is very convenient to use. The bottle is sealed with a cap, which guarantees that the serum won't expire or oxidize before I even start using it. That's why the dropper is supplied separately. 

The Vitamin C 23 Serum from Cosrx has a lightweight and fluidy formula, which doesn’t run away from my fingers or face. It distributes easily and evenly. It does have a subtle smell, like any other Vit C, but it doesn’t bother me at all.  

I use the Cosrx serum in the morning, topping it with a moisturizer and sunscreen. It doesn’t clash with makeup or other skincare. Once applied, it feels very nice on the skin. I prefer keeping it in the fridge so when I use it in the morning, it feels so refreshing and energizing. The finish is non-sticky or greasy. It absorbs very fast into the skin. 

I have acne-prone skin with uneven tone and a dull complexion. And one of the things that I particularly like about this Vitamin C Cosrx serum is that it doesn’t cause irritation, clogged pores or breakouts. It also doesn’t make my skin tight or dry. 

After using the Cosrx Vitamin C 23 Serum for a month, I’ve noticed great improvements. The complexion has become brighter and more even. Post-acne scars have almost disappeared completely. I usually have them for months but not with this serum. No hyperpigmentation occurred. Instead, the old spots have faded away. The skin feels tighter, smoother and softer. Some minor wrinkles and fine lines have disappeared while those more severe ones have become less noticeable. 

As such, if I had to choose the best Vitamin C serum, there's a high chance that it would be the Cosrx Vitamin C 23 Serum. It does what it says and meets or even exceeds my expectations. So, if you are looking for a Vit C serum that would live up to its name, this is your sure bet.
